Data Deletion Policy

Complete control over your data. Learn how to request deletion of your personal information from Vibe Marketing Studio.

Effective Date: February 23, 2025

Important Notice

Once your data is deleted from Vibe Marketing Studio, it cannot be recovered. This includes all your content, campaigns, analytics data, platform connections, and account settings. Please ensure you have backed up any important data before proceeding with deletion.

Method 1: Self-Service Account Deletion

The fastest way to delete your account and all associated data is through your account settings:

Login to Your Account

Sign in to your Vibe Marketing Studio account using your credentials.

Navigate to Account Settings

Go to Settings → Account → Privacy & Data in your dashboard.

Request Account Deletion

Click on "Delete My Account" and follow the confirmation prompts.

Confirm Deletion

Enter your password and confirm that you understand the deletion is permanent.

What Gets Deleted

  • • Platform connections and authentication tokens
  • • Analytics and performance data
  • • Saved templates and content library
  • • Billing information and subscription data
Method 2: Contact Support for Deletion

If you're unable to access your account or prefer to have our support team handle the deletion, you can request account deletion by contacting us directly.

Required Information

Please include the following in your deletion request:

  • • Your registered email address
  • • Account username (if different from email)
  • • Reason for deletion (optional)
  • • Confirmation that you understand the deletion is permanent

Deletion Processing Timeline

Immediate Actions (Within 24 hours)

  • • Account access is disabled
  • • All automated posting is stopped
  • • Platform connections are disconnected
  • • Active subscriptions are cancelled

Complete Deletion (Within 30 days)

  • • All personal data is permanently removed from our systems
  • • Data is purged from backups and archives
  • • Third-party integrations are notified of disconnection
  • • Deletion confirmation is sent to your email

Legal Retention

Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes (such as billing records for tax requirements) but will be anonymized and not linked to your personal identity.

Before You Delete Your Account

Consider these alternatives before permanently deleting your account:

Account Deactivation

Temporarily disable your account while preserving your data for future reactivation.
